Mr. Rajesh Baheti is an energetic and dynamic person with leadership qualities and strong social and communication skills, a person who enjoys facing challenges and looks forward to new life experiences. He is the Managing Director of the Company. He looks after the overall management of the Company making sure that the company achieves the needs of the customer by establishing consistent growth and development, bringing together all the efforts of the management and the partners.

Sanjay Baheti

Metallurgical engineer from MNIT jaipur and have about 40 year experience in field of copper and it’s alloys work in hand.
Started the carrier as trainee engineer at Alcobex metals ltd and with his hard and sincere efforts elevated to General manager ( operations) in very short time , during these period he is key Technocrate for alloy developing which are import substitute , technology up gradation and making product above specification which suits customers need and end applications .
During this period he was widely travelled over globe for technical paper presentation and customer interaction .
Than he move to Malaysia in International Brass industries SDN BHD , as technical director where his hard work has boost production from 150 ton to 1200 ton with same facilities plus improve quality which are acceptable in US, Europe, south east asia and Indian market.
In 2011 back to India and help to put up plant for copper wire, bus bars and tubing with new technology upcasting and conform process . Since 2011 continuing At Baheti Silicones & Metals Pvt. Ltd and nurturing the organization with a technical dynamic vision and continue developing many difficult alloys.

Mr. Vedant Baheti is the Marketing Director. He is a Undergraduate from Mumbai University and a Masters Graduate from the Coventry London campus. His training also taught him to break problems down into simple, logical steps – a pretty useful way to think when you’re selling “complex” solutions. Mostly, he is gregarious and good at building strong relationships. Through effective networking and sales techniques, he has a ability to develop potential customers, thus achieving business targets for Baheti Silicones & and Metals Pvt. Ltd and take it to new heights.
